There are so many Online Graphics Editors available mentioned in my previous post Online Image Editors where you can edit or create images online. So you can easily modify your photos online without Adobe Photoshop.
Offline (Computer based) Graphics Desingning is for those who don't want to modify their photos online and don't want to use Internet or don't have Internet facility on their computer. So they must have to use image editing software Adobe Photoshop. But Adobe Photoshop is not an open source or Freeware software to use free of charge. You must have to pay for it to enable all the features and use it for limited time because it allows you to use it only for 30 Day at Trial or Demo based features.
So In this post I would like to share some Open Source softwares which are similar to Adobe Photoshop which provides you all the functionality used in Adobe Photoshop.

Paint.Net is photo editing software that runs in Windows.
